Our villas are equipped with fibre optic internet (50-100 Mbps). This makes them the perfect office for remote workers. The WiFi signal is available in the entire building including the terrace area. The Smart TVs are directly connected via LAN. Our premium air conditioning units provide a pleasant climate and are very quiet.On cold days, you can fall back on the smart central heating to create a pleasant atmosphere.

With our Swim Spas we combine sport and wellness – in our villas. The Swim Spa is equipped with a jet counter-current, hydrotherapy jets and lighting system.
You can relax by the pool and enjoy the view of the sea, the Temple of Poseidon and the National Park of Sounion.
After taking a dip in the cool water, you can shower off under the great outdoor shower and take a nap right next to the pool on one of the sun loungers

How far is the nearest beach by foot?
It takes about 5-8 minutes to walk to Limani Passa Beach.
How far ist it to the Airport of Athens (Eleftherios Venizelos)?

It is about 30 minutes drive by car.

How far is it to the next village with supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and cafés?
The village of Lavrio with its small harbour is about 4 km away. It takes about 6 minutes by car. Lavrio is a bustling place with shops, bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, butchers, restaurants, yacht harbour, ferries to the islands of Kea, Kithnos etc., and much more.
Can you give us some insider tips so that we can enjoy the full potential of the Sounion region?
Yeah, right! We are happy to share our experience and tips with our guests. Since this region has so much to offer, we are still learning new things ourselves every day.
To visit attractions and fine dining in Athens, do you need accommodation in Athens?
No, you can reach the city limits of Athens by motorway and highway in about 30 minutes. The city centre, e.g. Monastiraki Square and the Acropolis, can be reached in 50 minutes with moderate traffic and relaxed driving. Please contact us regarding central parking facilities in Athens, as we may be able to give you useful tips. As well as tips for restaurants and must sees in Athens.
Is it possible to book a breakfast service?
You can book a breakfast service with our cooperation partner. The food and drinks are delivered fresh to your home. You receive a discount of 15% on the entire menu and have no delivery fee with a minimum order value of 10€ per order.
