3. Contact and direct booking requests
If you contact us or submit a direct booking request, we process the information you provide, including name, contact details, travel dates, number of guests and your message, in order to answer your request, process the booking and send booking information and confirmations.
4. Availability calendar and Airbnb synchronization
The website can retrieve an iCalendar availability feed from Airbnb on the server side. The calendar is used only to mark unavailable dates. Visitors are not required to log in to Airbnb and the calendar display does not itself send visitor data to Airbnb. Links to Airbnb open Airbnb as a separate external service subject to Airbnb’s own privacy policy.
5. Booking enquiries and confirmations
Booking enquiries are initially stored as pending and do not block the calendar. If an enquiry is manually confirmed, the dates are marked as unavailable and a booking confirmation may be sent by email.
